Auto Spelling Check In Word
Follow the steps for turning on the automatic spell check in microsoft word 2010 on a windows 7 based pc.
Auto spelling check in word. Activate the spell check setting. Please click file tab in word 2010 and 2013 or click the office button in word 2007 word options proofing. Click the proofing tab at the left side of the word options window.
You can also uncheck any of the auto correction defaults here such as always capitalizing the first letter of a word in a table cell. Under grammar check or clear the check grammar as you type box. Click the options button at the bottom of the left column.
Open the document in word 2013. In the spelling grammar dialog box under spelling check or clear the check spelling as you type box. Just go to review tab to tap spelling grammar button in proofing section.
Click the file tab at the top left corner of the window. The spell check icon is located next to the language selection box. On windows systems microsoft has provided the spell check tool for users to c heck the spelling and grammar in microsoft office such as word 2016.
If you are using classic menu for office click tools word options proofing. To turn spell check back on repeat the process and select the check spelling as you type box. The automatic spell check function might be disabled sometimes and users could reactivate it.
To check spelling manually click review spelling grammar. Click on the file menu options in word 2007 it is under office button word options select proofing options and navigate to when correcting spelling and grammar in word section. Usually the correctness check feature is available by default once you type something in the document it will be checked automatically and underlined if any mistake detected.
