Do this on top of your workout for that day or as your workout for the day. Take your full name and match the letters of your name to the exercise associated with it. I challenge you to complete this as an everyday challenge at home or at the gym.
For each letter you do the workout that s assigned. Then add colour to the logo and personalise it in any way you like. For an even more intense workout perform each exercise associated with your full name.
Whether you decide to repeat the exercises in your first name or you spell your first middle and last name this spell your name workout challenge will get your heart pumping while you burn mega calories.
