Spelt Flour Pizza Dough Thermomix
Makes three full size pizzas on the weber trays for stone baked pizzas in the weber q.
Spelt flour pizza dough thermomix. The less yeast used the better the dough. Once the dough begins to form knead it with your hands for five minutes or until it becomes elastic and smooth. All it takes is a few store cupboard ingredients 45 mins for the dough to rise and once you make it you ll never look back.
Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper dusted with the cornmeal or a pizza stone. The dough should feel soft and warm as it starts to combine. I also now have a recipe available for pink pizza dough.
320g water 2 tsp yeast 620g unbleached white spelt flour. Add pizza dough ingredients to tm bowl and mix for 6 seconds on speed 6 knead for 2 minutes on interval speed remove dough from tm bown and wrap in thermomat for 15 minutes meanwhile thinly slice zuchinni it is good to use a mandolin if you have one. The best pizza dough.
Place the sifted flour yeast and salt into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Spread the sauce and desired toppings on top then carefully transfer to the preheated oven and bake directly on the rack for 15 20 minutes until thick and golden brown. I make it with half teaspoon of yeast in the morning pop in fridge then pull it out a couple hours before dinner to bring to room temp.

Roll out into a roughly 12 circle. Pictured above are a few mini pizzas we made with some of the dough we had left over. The slower the rise on the dough the better the pizza.
