Spelling Check On Word

Just go to review tab to tap spelling grammar button in proofing section.

Spelling check on word. In this kind of approach a spell checker service will detect the wrong use of the indefinite article like using an instead of a before a word beginning with a vowel sound. Please click file tab in word 2010 and 2013 or click the office button in word 2007 word options proofing. The automatic spell check function might be disabled sometimes and users could reactivate it.

Under grammar check or clear the check grammar as you type box. But do remember to run spell check. To check spelling in a word document open up the document head to the review tab then click on spelling grammar part of the proofing group of tools.

Click file options proofing clear the check spelling as you type box and click ok. Turn on or off automatic spelling and grammar checking. To check spelling manually click review spelling grammar.

Click the file tab and then click options. Type or copy and paste your word or document into the text area. Then a window will appear showing.

In the word options dialog box click proofing. Some spellcheckers also detect common grammatical errors through predefined rules. Activate the spell check setting.

In the spelling grammar dialog box under spelling check or clear the check spelling as you type box. If the auto check feature is turned off you need to activate spelling grammar manually. Make sure that the check spelling as you type check box is selected in the when correcting spelling and grammar in word section.
