Spelling Check On Excel 2013
To check the spelling in a worksheet you have the following options.
Spelling check on excel 2013. Checking spellings in excel is very easy. Spell check button in additional toolbar if you have classic menu for office. Apply spell check with keyboards.
Click the file tab at the top left corner of the window. Here are some things that happen when you use the spelling checker. To start a check of the spelling and grammar in your file just press f7 or follow these steps.
Where is spell check in microsoft excel 2007 2010 2013 2016 2019 and 365. Click the options button at the bottom of the left column. To check spelling for any text on your worksheet click review proofing spelling.
Any way you do it excel begins checking the spelling of all text entries in the worksheet. If you select a single cell for spell check excel checks the entire worksheet including the comments page headers footers and graphics. In order to proof check your worksheet text follow this process.
By default excel only looks at a single sheet when checking spelling. Click the proofing tab at the left side of the word options window. In the review tab there is an option spelling as shown in the image.
Clicking this option will initiate the spell checking. Then run spell check as normal. In access or infopath you can skip this step.
