Spell Check Before Sending Outlook
When your message is composed on the message ribbon select the review tab.
Spell check before sending outlook. Click the spelling and autocorrect button in the compose messages section. Under compose messages check the always check spelling before sending box. Click the file options.
This thread is locked. It is a good idea to check the spelling and grammar of your messages before you send them. In the outlook options dialog box please click the mail in the left bar.
As you open the menu you can use it to configure the spell check to your personal preference. Under the when correcting spelling in outlook section make sure check spelling as you type box is checked. You can do it as following.
Click ok and you are done. Now if there are some wrong spelling in your message after clicking send button it will display a dialog to show you the wrong spelling then you can ignore or change them. Now click the mail category located in the left side bar and check always check spelling before sending option in the main window.
At the very outset launch your outlook application. Under compose messages check the always check spelling before sending next click spelling and autocorrect. Then press alt f11 key buttons in the main outlook window.
Auto check spelling and grammar before sending an email. Scroll until you locate the compose messages section and place a check mark in the always check spelling before sending check box. To do this click the spelling and autocorrect button which appears to the right hand side of the always check spelling before sending option.
